Prepared in the kitchens of DanielCanzian Ristorante, these loaves of wholemeal bread are made with selected flours and a very low percentage of salt, which enhances their natural aroma and flavour. The crunchy crust and soft crumb make them perfect to accompany any dish or to be enjoyed simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Informations
The product should be stored at room temperature, keep inside its carton bag to fix it from air
May contain traces of: nuts, gluten
Uses: Great for making the infamous shoe and as a side of extra virgin olive oil of strong intensity, Daniel Canzian recommends trying it together with Red Nectar
How to taste: To reheat it, simply bake in a preheated oven at 160°C and leave it inside for 4-7 minutes.
