Events & Catering
Simplicity and pursuit of purity are the distinctive features of my menus for events and catering, that I do realize in my reign: the kitchen, in digital format or external locations.
The valorization of Italian spirit in my signature dishes, have been choosen for the dinner “Prima della Scala” in 2018, also for the inauguration of Aqua, an important installation of “Milan Forniture Show” in 2019 dedicated to Leonardo Da Vinci.
Besides the study of tailored menu, we also offer the following services:
search and selection of the location
production and research of equipment (forniture, lights, audio/video, stages, sets, flloral displays)
research of artist (band, deejay, performers etc.)
creation of gadget for the event and post-event
identification of parking area for guests Agreements with NCC and drivers
Research of charities for donations.
Control of all phases during the event, from the begin til the end.
