“Dedicated to You” is Daniel Canzian’s new chef’s table experience, designed for those who wish to immerse themselves in the beauty of the kitchen through a truly dedicated menu.

For a couple, a family or a small group, the chef creates a six-course journey starting from a few preferences collected at the time of booking through simple questions, such as: “Is there a flavour or a scent from the kitchen that immediately takes you back to a happy moment?”

A dinner that is never the same, made of dialogue, storytelling and surprise.

The experience includes the chef’s welcome with Venetian-style whipped salt cod in a cone or small cup, a personalised 6-course menu for each guest, dedicated wine pairing or non-alcoholic pairing, water, coffee and cover charge. The counter is reserved exclusively.
