An original gift idea dedicated to those under 40 who wish to discover contemporary Italian cuisine created by Chef Daniel Canzian.
With the Giovani Forchette gift voucher, two guests under 40 can enjoy an exclusive tasting experience served directly at the chef’s table, in close dialogue with the kitchen and the chef himself.

The voucher includes, for each guest, five seasonal courses freely selected by the chef, inspired by his most iconic dishes and off-menu creations. It also includes water and cover charge.

Please note: this is a gift card, not a booking method. Those who wish to reserve the experience directly can do so via the "BOOK" section of the website.

Details

The menu does not include aperitif, wine pairing, or coffee.
No modifications are available. Any allergies or intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking by writing to info@danielcanzian.com.
Vouchers must be declared when booking, which is done via email by providing the voucher number. Vouchers not declared at the time of booking cannot be accepted as a payment method.

Validity and Use

Each gift voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase, excluding the month of December, and is non-refundable.
If the final bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid.
The voucher is sent by email upon completion of the purchase process.

Availability

The experience is available by reservation only, from Tuesday to Saturday, at the following times:
from 7:30 pm to 9:15 pm or from 9:30 pm onwards.
On Saturdays, the Giovani Forchette menu is also available at lunch, with seatings at 12:30 pm or 1:00 pm.
