DanielCanzian Ristorante is in the heart of Brera, in Milan, at the corner of Via Castelfidardo and Via San Marco, just steps from the historic Leonardo da Vinci Lock. Opened in 2013, it features a spacious and warm dining room that seats up to 70 guests: a flexible space, with well-spaced tables, that allows for the creation of private areas for private dinners and corporate events. In summer, the restaurant also opens onto its outdoor terrace.
Italian High Craftsmanship is told through custom-made furnishings and authentic materials, in harmony with the style of Chef Daniel Canzian's cuisine.
In September 2026, the dining room was renovated with a new interior design project by Riva1920, bringing the materials and atmosphere of the Venetian Lagoon to Brera: Briccola wood, glass, brass and warm tones close to the reds of Venice.Its most distinctive element is the Console Venice, designed by Claudio Bellini and reinterpreted as a social table by Maurizio Riva and Daniel Canzian: a large extra-clear glass top with a curved profile, supported by seven Briccola wood posts, each one different from the other and individually crafted.The Venice table can be enjoyed for dinner or aperitivo.
Briccola wood is unlike any other: for centuries it has marked and supported the Venetian Lagoon, standing in brackish water until, once recovered and worked, it carries with it the traces of time and tides. The dining room is further enriched with terrariums and natural elements, in a balance between elegance and nature.
The beating heart of the restaurant, the new oak wood chef's table looks directly onto the kitchen, the very place where every dish signed by Daniel Canzian comes to life.
