A journey into one of Italy’s greatest culinary treasures, recognized around the world.
In this cooking class dedicated to the world of pasta, you will explore how shape, texture, and sauce work together in harmony. From semolina pasta to egg pasta, all the way to the sauces that accompany them, the course highlights seasonality as a sustainable guiding principle in the kitchen and the importance of selecting small producers and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Through both theoretical and hands-on sessions, you will cook alongside Daniel Canzian, preparing classic recipes and contemporary interpretations, gaining new technical skills and learning to create dishes just as a true chef would.
Informations
Each class lasts 2 hours, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and takes place in the restaurant’s spacious open kitchen.
