Fresh Italian caviar processed with the traditional "Malossol" method, with a gray matrix color with shades from pearl gray to gunmetal gray. Egg diameter between 2.5 and 3 mm. With a soft, fine and elegant taste, it enjoys a pleasant fragrance on the palate, sometimes accompanied by a fresh final aromatic note.
Combinations
The caviar selection Emporio DanielCanzian ADAMAS® goes perfectly with fresh and mineral champagnes such as blanc de blancs, but you absolutely have to try it together with the Ancestrale Due Valli, the chef's Prosecco! In fact, the fermentation in the bottle that makes the bubbles lighter, together with the delicacy of the Glera grapes, creates an interesting balance on the palate and allows you to fully appreciate the taste and freshness of the caviar.

The caviar is packaged in prestige vacuum cans available in 30g or 50g denominations.
