In order to preserve their fragrance, they are designed to be filled at the moment and come with a sac à poche with baccalà mantecato and spices - separately for the final touch - so that they can be filled just before serving and enjoyed in their ideal consistency.

The cannoli are designed to be filled shortly before being eaten, which is why a sac à poche with baccalà mantecato is supplied inside the pack, as well as a separate sachet containing a slightly spicy Mediterranean spice mix in which to dip the ends of the cannoli as soon as they are filled.
Storage method:
Keep the codfish in the fridge. The cannoli and spices can be kept at room temperature. 30 minutes before consumption, fill the cannoli.
