The tomato sauce is the emblem of Italianness: a real nectar to taste. Made in the kitchen of DanielCanzian Ristorante with fruits that contain all the warmth of the sun, it is a raw preparation seasoned with pepper, salt, oil and a few drops of vinegar. As simple as it is irresistible!

Tomato, extra virgin olive oil, tomato paste, vinegar, salt and pepperRed nectar is a raw tomato sauce sterilized to keep longer that goes well on everything: spread on warm bread for breakfast, in lunch and dinner recipes, or as a midnight snack. Excellent as an accompaniment to raw fish, not recommended for meat, it expresses its full potential with sautéed vegetables, Filo Oil and pecorino cheese. How to taste it: Inside the container, the Red Nectar is just untied, since the recipe does not include any preservatives or thickeners. To use it, take the desired dose and mix it with a spoon. It is recommended to consume it at room temperature, removing it from the fridge 5-10 minutes before use.
