The "tailor-made" Cuvée is a Franciacorta Riserva obtained from a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) 2008 harvest from the vineyards owned by Borgonato di Corte Franca. The base wines were aged both in steel and barriques to give complexity and structure. "This is not just a partnership, but a real project that is now in its sixth act."
