CIÒ – Il Vellutato is a bar of roasted Piedmont PGI hazelnuts and 70% dark chocolate, finished with a dusting of bitter cocoa that gives it a velvety surface. Inside, it is soft and melts in the mouth. Selected by chef Daniel Canzian and made in Alba by an artisan producer. Perfect after a meal with a coffee or a spirit, or as a gift.

Piedmont PGI HAZELNUTS 50% min, dark chocolate 25% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, flavouring; cocoa solids min. 70%), sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder 22/24%. May contain traces of PEANUTS and MILK.
