A course dedicated to the gastronomic tradition of Venice, retracing the historic dishes of the Serenissima and exploring how seasonality can become a sustainable guiding principle in the kitchen. Great attention is given to the work of small producers and to the fresh ingredients that characterize this territory.
Through both theoretical and hands-on sessions, you will cook alongside Daniel Canzian, preparing classic Venetian dishes—also in contemporary interpretations—while gaining new technical skills and learning to execute recipes just like a true chef.

Each class lasts 2 hours, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and takes place in the restaurant’s spacious open kitchen.
