The new event dedicated to the aperitivo, featuring a selection of original cicchetti and cocktails.
Inspired by the Venetian tradition of the cicchetto, this experience is designed to rediscover the flavours of Venetian cuisine in a convivial and enjoyable setting.
The cicchetti featured during this second evening will be:
Warm and cold Scardovari mussels
Seafood risotto
Herb tortello with almond cream and peas
Creamed salt cod served in a cone or cup
The cicchetti will be paired with a cocktail of your choice:
Tribute to Andy Warhol
with gin, beetroot juice and tonic water
Evolution of Taste
with bitter, celery syrup and lime
Oh My Green
with pea juice, pepper syrup, lemon juice and non-alcoholic gin
The cocktails for the evening have been created in collaboration with Tassoni.
The next aperitivo will take place on Wednesday, July 8, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Price: €40 per person, including the cicchetti selection and one cocktail of your choice.
