The project of SDA Bocconi Venues: La Centrale, Caffè Letterario e Materia
Since the very beginning of the project Compass Group Italia and I, have exalted operational functionality from the operator of food flow to costumer. That’s why today we have three different places, completely different which join the other locals of the Campus, managed by AD Arte Food, each of them bound to a different target of clients. From students, to professors and executives till external costumers.
La Centrale
The venue owes its name to the famous “ Centrale del latte di Milano”, a special memory and place for all Milanesi. Till 2006’ was located in Via Castelbarco. So La Centrale become a tribute to a beloved placeof great value for Milan, always been epitome of high-qaulity. Inside a big counter of alluminum that reminds us the materials used by Sanaa for the buildings. Surrounded by forniture of design and wide windows, that call back openness-mind, which is the aim of Bocconi Campus. Here there’s a caffetteria service full day with the chance to have a quick and hearty lunch.
Caffè Letterario
In the heart of the Campus, food & drink hall, designed for SDA Bocconi students. An environment where food integrate in a friendly and sharing experience, essential on social level. Under the slogan of: “with one hand I read, with the other one I eat”. Caffè Letterario shows itself as a cosy modern lounge.
Materia
Is the restaurant dedicated to Bocconi University and SDA School of Management. The ideal place where to find the simplest receipes of Italian tradition: few ingredients of best quality, masterfully cooked. Seasonal ingredients balanced in plates so that the palate is able to call back memorial flavours.
